Registering to use Jacobson Companies' Interactive Inventory application is simple! Just call your Jacobson Companies Customer Service Representative at 1-800-636-6171 with the following information:

• The name of the person in your company responsible for coordinating access to our web site.
• Coordinator's telephone number and email address.
• The browser and version you use to access our web site. (For example: Internet Explorer 5.0/6.0 or Netscape Navigator 4.07. If you don't know what browser and version you use, find out by logging on to the Internet, then clicking the "Help" button at the top of your screen. Choose the "About..." option and a dialog box will open that gives you details about the browser you're using.)

Once your account has been created, your Jacobson Companies Customer Service Representative will email your coordinator a user name and password.

Your coordinator is responsible for communicating personnel changes and requests for password changes to the Jacobson Companies Customer Service Representative. Jacobson Companies reserves the right to periodically change passwords. Jacobson Companies will email your coordinator information about password changes and new services provided through the Interactive Inventory application.
